In the Directions Panel of the next window, just add your Starting Location.
The Ending Location to each address has already been filled out for the MapQuest directions.

Directions and parking
Please note that ALL SCHEDULING is done through our K Street office (202) 223-1024. Please do not call the surgery centers, or the hospitals to schedule or cancel an encounter.
For our main (K St.) office, valet parking is available within our building. Additionally, street parking is available during select hours throughout the day. Please pay close attention to the posted hours as we will not be responsible for any parking citations incurred during your visit with us. The valet parking service within our building DOES NOT accept credit cards - cash only.
Our K Street offices are located in close proximity to Metro stops as well.
From the RED line Metro:
Exit the Farragut North Metro Station on the K Street side and walk west on K Street for three blocks. We are located in 2021, a large white office building, on the north side of K Street between 20th and 21st Streets.
From the ORANGE line Metro:
Exit the Foggy Bottom station at George Washington University Hospital and walk north to K Street and then turn right. We are located in 2021, a large white office building, on the north side of K Street between 20th and 21st Streets.
