If you do not see your plan listed please feel free to call the GW Business Office at (202) 741-3560 and inquire about our latest participation status. We will gladly see patients on an "out-of-network" basis and will work with you to assure affordability.
Please note - Not all insurance companies and HMOs cover in-office procedures such as urine cultures and blood tests. If this is your company's policy, then you will be asked to sign an insurance waiver for those particular procedures.
